Job responsibilities:

Customer development and achievement

1. Industry customer expansion: Focus on energy (wind power operation and maintenance, intelligent inspection of power grids and pipe networks), security (urban monitoring system construction, emergency rescue informatization), airports (equipment inspection, drone flight defense operations), agriculture (drone spreading, pest control) and other fields to carry out customer development work, and the annual contracted order amount must reach 8 million yuan or more.

2. Management of the entire bidding process: Lead the entire project bidding process, covering preliminary plan planning, bid document preparation, bid defense and other links to ensure that the transaction rate of key projects is not less than 40%.

 Resource management and ecological cooperation

1. Core customer relationship maintenance: Responsible for the in-depth maintenance of strategic customer relationships such as government agencies and large state-owned enterprises, promoting the establishment of long-term stable cooperation, obtaining key procurement access qualifications, and laying the foundation for business expansion.

2. Expansion of cooperation channels: Actively explore cooperation channels such as industry associations and system integrators, tap potential partners, add no less than 10 effective partners every year, and build a complete business ecosystem

Sales support and review optimization

1. Competitive intelligence and strategy output: Collaborate with the marketing department to collect and analyze regional market competitive intelligence, combine industry trends and customer needs, formulate and output targeted customer attack strategies every month to help business expansion.

2. Case experience accumulation and solution optimization: Systematically organize the successful experience of benchmark projects, refine reusable sales methodologies and solutions, assist the headquarters in optimizing product and service plans, and enhance market competitiveness.

Job requirements:

1. Educational experience:

Bachelor degree or above, no major is limited, more than 3 years of industrial equipment sales experience (drones/robots/high-end instruments are preferred)

2. Ability requirements:

There are successful customer cases in energy, security and emergency industries (briefly describe the project amount and role)

Be able to independently complete customers with excellent market development ability and sales skills, customer development, negotiation and contract signing. Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, and can effectively coordinate the internal resources of the company to provide high-quality services to customers.

Job responsibilities:

Industry strategy formulation

1. Conduct market research and formulate industrial expansion strategies that can be implemented for energy inspection, agricultural plant protection, urban security and emergency response.

2. Regularly output competition analysis reports (including competitor dynamics, pricing strategies, and technology trends) to support the company's decision-making.

Development and support of sales tools

1. Lead the production of product PPT, solution documents, customer case library and other sales tools to ensure the efficient operation of the sales team.

Resource integration and brand building

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, aviation aircraft, avionics system, aerial survey, automatic control, etc. Applicants with experience in UAV product engineering are preferred;

2. Familiar with the working principles of flight control, avionics, payload, data link and other equipment and the integration of software and hardware systems of unmanned systems;

3. Knowledge or work experience familiar with user needs and system integration in UAV, patrol inspection, emergency response, plant protection, and other industries is preferred, 3 + market experience in UAV/high-end equipment industry, and independent vertical field cases;

4. Have strong communication skills, document writing skills, systematic presentation and reporting skills;

5. Familiar with the entire process of B-end customer development (demand mining, one solution delivery and one payment);

● Familiar with local aviation industry policies and procurement bidding mechanisms

Qualification Certificate:

Required: Bachelor degree or above (major in international trade/aerospace is preferred)

Preferred: PMP Project Management/International Supply Chain Management Certificate
